A: I'm based in Lexington and will travel to Scott, Clark, Montgomery, Madison, Franklin, Woodford, Jessamine, Bourbon, and Powell County.

Q: How far in advance should I schedule?

A: I can generally schedule during the same week that you contact me.

Q: How long does it take to get the finished photos?

A: The latest you will receive your photos is the afternoon after I take the photos.

Q: How will the photos be delivered?

A: I have an online gallery service that I will use to upload the finished photos to. I will send the gallery to your email.

Q: How should my clients prepare their home for photos?

A: The sellers should de-clutter the home as much as they can. Remove papers from counter space and the front of the fridge. Put away all cleaning supplies (Paper towel rolls, dish detergent, etc). Close toilet lids, remove toilet paper rolls. Remove toothbrushes, and other hygiene items from bathroom sinks. Sweep porches and decks. Put away toys in the home and in the yard. Remove as many personal items as they can (most importantly, family photos hanging on the walls). Move all vehicles from the driveway (park in garage, across the street, or at the edge of the driveway).
